钟明溁，2012年博士毕业于清华大学。广西大学数学学院副院长，教授，博士生导师，广西大学君武学者。研究领域包括带外力场的Boltzmann方程的数学理论，发表SCI论文22篇，部分成果发表于Adv. Math.、Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal.、JFA、JDE等国际著名期刊。曾主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金项目、广西自然科学基金杰出青年基金项目。
报告摘要：
In this paper, we study the diffusion limit of the classical solution to the Vlasov-Maxwell-Boltzmann (VMB) system with initial data near a global Maxwellian. By introducing a new decomposition of the solution to identify the essential components for generating the initial layer, we prove the convergence and establish the optimal convergence rate of the classical solution to the VMB system to the solution of the Navier-Stokes-Maxwell system based on the spectral analysis.
